Subject: [Bristol-Birds] Nighthawks on the move
There is a considerable movement of Common Nighthawks this evening between
Johnson City and Jonesborough. It seemed like I saw a few to several around
each bend as I drove the backroads between Hwy 11 E and Cherokee Rd. around 7
pm. They were not in a flock, but seemed to be widely scattered individuals
feeding a little above treetop level.
