The Bristol Bird Club is going to be leading bird walks at 8:30 AM and 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday this weekend at NTSP. Looks like we will have a warm weekend (low 80's during the day with high 50's at night) with chance of thunderstorms (20-30%). I was up last week and all the regular birds were singing and I had a Prairie Warbler in a tree about 8 feet from me.
We will be staying in the Clinch Lodge next to the Cove Ridge Center at NTSP. _Let me know if you are planning to come up to help with the weekend and if you want a room reservation._ There is no charge for the lodgings. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own and we may be grilling hamburgers for dinner before the Saturday evening walk. There is a small restaurant near the entrance to the park.
