Last evening (Tuesday) I caught a glance of a Mockingbird chase something underneath the door of my out building. I noticed this out the corner of my eye and didn't at first pay any attention, and all I saw was an oak leaf leaning against the gap at the bottom of door. So, I didn't give the incident much of a thought--it was just a leaf. Took a second for me to get curious and go over and open the door of the shed. Out swooped--in one great big hurry--came this house wren. It blistered past me and headed for the trees flying low and fast. Probably very afraid that mocker was still around!
