[Bristol-Birds] Major waterfowl fallout Boone Lake

I just had a call from Rick Knight--he was at the new overlook at Boone Lake and reported a major waterfowl fallout there--he mentioned several hundred Loons and other waterfowl.  He expects there would be major waterfowl at S. Holston Lake as well, but hadn't been there yet.
