Please be aware that the Bristol Bird Club is having their initial planning
meeting on Thursday, February 1st. This strategy session will be held from 6
- 8 p.m. at the Slater Center (Room 202) on 325 McDowell Street in Bristol.
Parking is free and we welcome all interested parties that wish to voice
their opinions regarding how the club can best serve the community going
forward. This will also include setting parameters for what should be
achieved to continue the club's existence beyond the June picnic.
We especially welcome members of the other bird clubs in the region as
discussion items may include how the clubs can better partner going forward
to increase visibility in the area. Note that attendance for the duration of
the 2 hours is not expected. If you can only drop in for part of the
meeting, we will gladly bring you up to speed on the topic discussed at the
moment and welcome your feedback.
