Sunny for the first 2 hours then heavy overcast moved in before noon. Winds
from the W and WSW made flight difficult for all raptors.

Raptor Observations:
Not much movement after the overcast moved in. I had 3 Osprey in the first
5 minutes after arriving at the tower.
