Hunter Observers: Larry McDaniel, Lisa Tyler, Rob Biller Weather: Cold. Temperatures never climbed above 60 and with 10 to 12 mile per hour winds, it was quite chilly. Winds were from the east with occasional gusts over 15 mph. Overcast all day except for a brief period where it cleared to the Northwest. Raptor Observations: The few Broadwings that came through were struggling. It was interesting to see a Broadwing fly backwards. We had 7 Osprey a Merlin and an adult Bald Eagle to add variety. Non-raptor Observations: A few warbler migrants including Black-throated Green and Bay-breasted. Not much of anything flying today. ======================================================================== Report submitted by Thomas O.
