Merry Christmas birders! Today while birding at Musick's Campground I found
the Red-necked Grebe crossing into Sullivan Co., TN from Washington Co., VA. A
rain shower ensued and had the Eared and Horned Grebe populations active, as
well as, the gulls. Here is the Grebe count and more:
.
Red-necked Grebe - 1
Eared Grebe - 9
Horned Grebe - 2
Pied-billed Grebe - 18
Bonaparte's Gull - 1
Ring-billed Gull - 15
American Pipit - 3 (TN only)
.

'Til we bird again
