The Buchanan County Bird Club completed the first Buchanan County Chirstmas Bird Count on Saturday, December 20. Our 12 participants counted 56 species during the day. We had a great time and learned much about the terrain in our count circle. Those participating included Roger and Lynda Mayhorn, Jerry and Jane Thornhill, Ed and Mary Talbott, Tom Hunter, David Raines, Bob Riggs, Don Carrier, and Ed and Michelle Talbott.
