[Bristol-Birds] Coots

Excited by McKnight's sightings on Sunday, my daughter and I went to
Holston Dam and Musick's yesterday to find the waters swept clean of all the
flocks of coots, etc. We saw 2 ring billed gulls, 3 common loons, 2 ducks hid
behind an island, a kingfisher, a few land birds by the sign in post. I
suppose those birds had been forced down by the bad flying weather and as soon
as it cleared, they continued on to their original destination. It was a
great day to be outdoors, tho.
