[Bristol-Birds] Budget for SCP Nature Center expansion doubled

It appears that the expansion planning for the Steele Creek Park Nature
Center in Bristol Tennessee will get a boost in the 2009-2010 fiscal
year budget. The original 2009 budget for the facility construction now
appears to be doubled, bringing the total in the budget to $400,000.
Not bad during a year of tough economic times. Not bad at all.
