While I was talking to Wallace Coffey on the phone this morning, 4/14/02, the first Black-crowned Night-Heron I've seen this year came flying in. It landed in a tree across the lake and a couple crows ran it off. This is near Sonny's Marina. I haven't seen one since early last fall. There was an Eastern Kingbird at the same location on 4/11.
