Can anyone give me directions (from I-81 north of Bristol) to a place where I 
can get close enough to photograph a nesting Bald Eagle with a 100-400 mm zoom 
lens?

The bald eagle on the Clinch River in Hancock County, TN seemed to be well

and nest entact after the recent, harsh winter weather.
