28 August, 2008
Clark Rd. near Limestone, Washington Co., TN

1 - American Golden-Plover (still present this morning @ 10:00am, this bird is in transitional plumage)
12 - Killdeer

Pond at intersection of Kyker Rd. and Shanks Rd. near Limestone, Washington Co., TN

1 - Green Heron

I didn't see any other shore birds. The pond levels at Bush Hog and Kyker/Shanks were greatly increase in the last 24 hrs., and much of the suitable habitat for the smaller sandpipers is now too deep.
