[Bristol-Birds] 20 Red Crossbills

Mon., May 9, 2011, Unicoi and Washington County, TN
Twenty Red Crossbills arrived at David Caton's house in Erwin at 9:45am.
They staged in the bare trees in front of his house, then came to the feeders
and birdbath. We observed them about an hour. They were life birds for us.
Other notable birds seen include:
Kentucky Warbler 1 - Graveyard Hill, Unicoi County
Bobolink 2 - Charlie Carson Rd., Washington
County
Grasshopper Sparrow 1 - Conklin Rd., Washington County
Dickcissel 2 - Taylor Mill Rd., Washington
County
