Here is a reminder to send out to clubs:
This is a friendly reminder for clubs to donate toward the Silent Auction
during this Sunday's 4-H Tack Sale (February 12). All proceeds go
directly to 4-H Horse programs here in Washtenaw County. Please bring
items to the tables between the buildings used for the tack sale by 10am.
Make sure to indicate the name of your club on the bid form provided by the
Silent Auction Coordinator (Donna Verna) or one of the Invincible
Equestrians members who have responsibility of running the Silent Auction.
This year, we are required to charge 6% sales tax from buyers at the end of
the auction. Your help communicating this to your clubs is helpful as it
is a change from previous years. It will be written on the bid forms as
well as posted in the Silent Auction area, but extra communication never
