Hello All,
As I now control the clubs finances I wanted to send out a list of the
items I was planning to purchase with the funds this year.
1. A new tent to use for fair - This will be club property and hopefully
will last a few shows.
2. Pizza for the dinner final Friday of fair (a tradition)
3. Possibly new material for our stall doors as last year we had to use the
material for the walls and it had different dimensions.
I believe this is it but any feedback is welcome. I want to be open about
how the club spends the funds and any feedback is welcome.
