Actually there's really no way to unlock anything without going through the
Dragon Universe, so you'd be stuck with the same like, 10 characters out of 40
or so. If you're looking for an accessible one I'd recommend Tenkaichi3. If
you've got someone who's willing to play through the story mode and you want to
play around with the big attacks and dragon rush, which admittedly I forgot
about, then I'd go for BK3.

Budokai, or budokai tenkaichi? I'm trying to decide betwee nthe two.
Budokai 3 has the dragon rush, hyper modes and all that... yet it's not fully
accessible, and I don't believe there's a way to unlock everything without
going through dragon universe. Tenkaichi 3 has a more simplistic system, but
more accessible... anyone who can help, please? lol.
