Yes, also, try pressing the thumb-keys. If there's a lag, then it's alive. If it's not responding at all, then you'll have to reset, or, turn it off and on. If there's no lagtime at all, the page might have stopped loading.

Computers with less ram are slower. Some webpages work with the BrailleNote and some do not.
If it is a new website you have never tried on the BrailleNote before, maybe it is one that does not work on the BrailleNote. If it is one you have used before and it worked ok,try a reset. This will clear up some ram and might help the page load better.
