That's correct. If you purchased your Apex earlier than 2013 (check with HumanWare or your area's vendor for the correct purchase date), and save money on the Braille Touch. To do this, either let the vendor in your area see the serial number or have someone take a photograph of the serial number, and you will get a $1500.00 discount on an Apex with a 32 cell display and you get to keep the Apex. However, no more service for it. The 18 cell display has a lower cash rebate but you still get to keep it but it's no longer serviced.
