[BNU] ios and braillenote freezing

Hi all,
My braillenote and ios device has been having trouble staying
connected.
I hit the home button and nothing happens. I try again and it
works. Then it simply disconnects with my ipad or braillenote
frozen. Later, I updated my ipad and throughything is working
fine.
Now my braillenote is constantly freezing.
I called humanware and I did the flash disk format.
IT was better for 2 weeks and now it's acting up.
How do I fix this?
