That has happened to me as well before but it only happens every
once in a wile now. What i've had to do is do a reset where i
hold the reset button for 5 seconds and that clears it up for me.

Subject: [BNU] braillenote freezes when playing media file on

Heello,
My braillenote keeps freezing when I try to play a media file
from eard drive. The brnote recognises the hard drive but when
it said play media file from which folder? I press space as
normal but then it just freezes up and I've had to do loads of
resets.
And when I pull the hard drive back out of the bn it goes back to
how it was before.
