There's another way to find your serial number. From the main menu in KeySoft, press space with I (if using a BT keyboard, or Read with I if you're using a QT keyboard) then space down until you find your serial number. It will actually state "serial number" so there is no confusion. I'm sorry to have created confusion by the subject line in the past. This has nothing to do with a license number. The HumanWare Software Distribution website login calls for a serial number. I was told it is on the underside of my BrailleNote Apex. There are two numbers in that location, one that starts with a letter and another that is a long number with some hyphens. But neither one begins with 65 and they don't work to log me into the website. Where do I find the number that starts with 65? ?- Original Message ?- Hello, Ok, example. The serial will start with 65-ddigits-6digits That's the serial. In fact, the one that you mean, I don't even know what that is. ?- Original Message ?- From: John Alex Rug <jrug@xxxxxxxxxx To: rajmund ghbrajmundbb000%gmailcomarJrugçemiprecl Date: Sunday, 8 February 2015 1:10 pm Subject: Re: [BNU] License Question I do mean the serial number.
