[BNU] Mysterious Problem

So, here's the summary of what just happened to my BN. For some
reason, whenever I tried to turn the speech off, it would only stay on
speech on request. In order to correct this, I tried a soft reset. It
goes through the normal process with the startup sound, however there
was no braille and no speech and nothing I did would make it respond.
So I tried a hard reset (holding the reset button down) and now the
boot number only stays at 33. Is there any possible way I can fix
this?
