Hello,

Actually, on mpower, it was rate 5 and pitch 8 keynote gold. On   apex, its 
eloquence with pitch 5 and rate 7. And if you change to eloquence on mpower, it 
would stay on pitch  5 and rate 8 until you touch it. So it doesn't depend on 
what speech you are using.
