Dear all,

I am sending this post on behalf of a friend who is not subscribe to the list. She is having a problem with her BrailleNote Apex's Braille display, and while she thinks that she will likely need to send her unit back to HumanWare, she wants to be sure first that it's not fixable at home. She describes the problem this way: "Basically, after talking with HumanWare, they believe the problem is that a pin is sticking in the display. Half of the cells work while the other half do not." Please respond directly to my friend (Chris) rather than to me; her email is cszostak@xxxxxxxxxxx.
Thanks!

Lucy
