Hi, I have reset my Apex a few times since the upgrade and I have never had it freeze. As Alex said it takes a bit longer to reset then before the upgrade but it does it in the end. Have you left it for some time to see if it is just a bit slow or doesn't it matter how long you leave it alone it still doesn't finish resetting? From Shaz.
