All you have to do is delete the keymail folder on the BrailleNote flash disk, then reset the BrailleNote. After that, the keymail folder will have recreated itself, but you will have to enter your email account info like password, username and server info again, then you will be able to use keymail again.

I have a major problem. I accidentally deleted the keymail databases, so I can't use keymail anymore. Is there any way to redownload them
