I was thinking of the extra mode argument -- or did I read it wrong? If
they're the same as before please excuse my quick reading...
If the arguments have changed, then the JNI will need a little modifying.

The Java bindings don't need changing yet. I will be updating the public
static final variables to combine loblouis and liblouisutdml modes.
