Hi Vic,

It's interesting that NVDA works. Somebody on the NVDA development list 
might have an idea why there is a difference. Unfortunately, I'm not on 
that list. Maybe I'll sign up.

There are other quirks with BrailleBlaster and Jaws. There is no cursor 
on a line in the wordprocessor until a key is pressed. On the other 
hand, with the latest version of Jaws ctrl+tab switches between the 
Daisy view and Braille view, so that is fixed. A Java oddity is that if 
you give a file name with a path containing backslashes on the command 
line Java removes the backslashes. You either have to put the file name 
in quotes or use double backslashes. Eclipse gets around these problems 
somehow.
