John: I found an issue with the CheckLiblouisutdmlLog class and the subcommands class, if there is not already a liblouisutdml.log file in the temp directory the file2brl method complains it cannot find the file. I added code to create an empty file if not is not found. Also it seems that we need to initialize the log file by calling setLogFile method prior to call file2brl.
