[brailleblaster] New liblouis in svn: use with care.

The latest liblouis contains the new function lou_logEnd this is called
to close the log file so it can be read by the rest of the program. It
does not free anything in liblouis.
I have also been working on capitalization and have changed the
emphasis-handling code. This work is still in progress, so the code has
not been thoroughly tested. It appears to work, but be on the alert.
