I am being told here that bold is indicated with the pattern 456-46. I don't
think we are using that. Do you know about this? We are using BANA rules for
textbooks.

My apologies. Further investigation has shown that Braille page numbers in
liblouisutdml are broken. I don't know when this happened. We really need tests
like those in libllouis .
