[brailleblaster] Latest build won't open

Here is the error I get:
Could not open output file C:\Program
Files\brailleblaster\programData\settings\
about.properties
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.brailleblaster.util.FileUtils.copyFile(FileUtils.java:126)
at org.brailleblaster.BBIni.<init>(BBIni.java:170)
at org.brailleblaster.BBIni.initialize(BBIni.java:79)
at org.brailleblaster.Main.main(Main.java:51)
I am running BB from my repository folder, not from Program Files. It
doesn't seem this hard-coded path won't work.
