[brailleblaster] Explanation of build error

This might be interesting. The class SaveOptionsDialog was compiled soon
after the newdesign repository was created. Later BBIni was changed to
remove the useUTD method. Since SaveOptionsDialog hadn't been changed it
wasn't recompiled on my machine. It lay in wait for someone else to
compile a frresh clone of the repository.
