Are you trying to use it from a command prompt? I think that's only available
on Linux.

I am attempting to call file2brl using an instance of liblousutdml with little
luck.
What exactly needs to be passed in the String array.
Currently I am passing the path to configuration file, the path to infile, the
path to the outfile.
Am I missing something?
