[brailleblaster] Re: BrailleBlaster New Design Status

I've noticed a bug in some of the larger files where the brl element is
placed in the wrong element. The translation is placed in the element the
correct location.
It is a recurring pattern that happens after an <annotation> element which
has the semantic attribute of "action, skip".
At some point an empty brl element is attached and the errors stop.
I've attached a text file with a snippet containing the error. It is a
little to long to put in the email body.
The xml file and accompanying file are too big to send as a zip file in an
email. If you would like to see the files, let me know the best way to
send them to you, such as Google Drive for example.
