It probably went to the last place you saved something. Perhaps MY Documents?
When you are saving the book, just as when you are saving any file, you can tab
around and you will be able to name the file and see where it is being saved.
It will say something like "Save in" and then tell you the location. You can
then edit that location or keep tabbing to "okay" to have it saved there.
