autobiography which is available and accessible from several sources.
However, this book does contain some material not printed in the more
recent edition. I’ve ordered the book and should be receiving it in a few
days and am more than willing to send it to the individual who chooses to
scan it.

the right place; volunteers check this site regularly and someone
who can scan will probably contact you; you may have to send that
