[bookshare-discuss] paper time stamps

Hello everyone,
I am confused by something with the newspapers. Papers are given a time of
arrival on the site. This is helpful, but something doesn't seem right.
I just downloaded the Louisville Courier-Journal, and the time given was
9:05 PDT today. Yet, it is only around 8:00 PDT right now.
