I'm enjoying this book immensely. Do you still have the print copy? It appears that page 36 is blank, but the continuity between pages and 35 and 37 doesn't work. It would appear that there is some material on page 36 that should be included in the text. thanks and I hope I haven't muddled my explanation too much.
