I encourage you to fill these out. I've done several and I always get a response and the issues are taken care of. Bookshare really does take those quality reports seriously.

Go to the detail page for the book and arrow down until you come to the
link labeled report quality issue. It will take you to a form to fill
out. The link is near the bottom of the page before you reach the footer.
