What do we do when there are blank pages within a book? It seems silly to put a page number with nothing following it except ... another page number. F'rinstance, in the book I'm reading right now, pages 134-135 are blank due to an illustration presumably (just says blank, but a picture's the only reason I can think of). Next printed page is 136. I thought about just putting as that page's number "134-136" but figured I should check first. THanks.
