That sounds like a timed out slow download. Try things like unplugging
your modem from the electrical power for about five minutes. If that
doesn't work try restarting your computer. If that doesn't work - and I
hate to do this - try clearing your browsing history and cookies. If
that doesn't work try calling your ISP.

I have been away from Bookshare, at least the downloading part for about a month or more. When I finally return for a book or two, the following is what I get when trying to download. See Below. What gives?
