Subject: [bookshare-discuss] To whom do I write?

Hi all,

One of my students has started the process of becoming a bookshare
member. He got a link to change his password, and we did that, but it
took us back to a page where there was a log-in screen. When we input
the new userID and password, it kept knocking us out again. To whom do
I write to resolve this? Is it still John Glass
John.glass@xxxxxxxxxxxx, or somebody else? Please advise. Thanks.

Ann P.
