Hi Listers, And hope someone can enlighten me as to what might be going
on with my book downloads, or my attempted downloads.
For the last few days, I have been unable to download more than one book
per login. When trying to download my second or third book, I am taken
to my history page where I am told that my download is in progress, and
after a few minutes, I am told that my download has failed.
I just renewed my yearly subscription on December 2nd, so I really
shouldn't be having any difficulty downloading books.
I have a download allowance of 300 books per month, though I never even
come close to the limit, so I'm thinking this must be some kind of
technical issue, and that others might be experiencing it as well, but I
dunno.
Any ideas?
