[bookshare-discuss] Problem Installing Humanware Key

I have received my key from Humanware and installed it on my memory card using
the long cable that came with the Stream. I'm pretty sure I installed it in
the root directory, but when I power the Stream back on after disconnecting it,
it tells me that one key has been processed, not three. Does anyone have any
idea what I'm doing wrong? Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
