I'm sure you'll enjoy the vast variety of reading materials available on
Bookshare as well as getting to know other members. And, since I was born and
spent most of my younger years in NC, welcome to a fellow Tarheel!
There is a Digest version of this list. Try the following steps; if they
don't work, let me know, and we'll try again.
1) go to
//www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi
2) enter username and password
3) click on the login button
4) Select the bookshare-discuss list from the list box
5) Click on the select list button
6) On the next page click on the change settings button
7) Select either the "Digest" or "Digest2" check box and check the
appropriate choice
8) Click on the update your account button

Hello All,
I'm a new member and just saw a message after just subscribing, so don't
know if I'm doing this correctly, but thought I'd try.
I'm Keith Wiglesworth of Rockingham North Carolina and I'm a new member
and am looking forward to learning all about Bookshare.
I've downloaded books from Web braille and have been chomping at the bit
to join Bookshare, so guess I'm here.
One question for now. Is there a Digest version for this list? I tend
to read and learn and stay quiet unless I think I have something worthwhile to
say rather than waste your time, but I like to listen first.
