If you look at the link I provided,

New York Times bestsellers on BookShare
http://www.bookshare.org/web/UserInfo.html?userid=10657
you will see the list updated as each title is added.  The newest books 
will appear at the top.

That's the only foolproof way of tracking title additions as this approach 
is an automated one.
Web pages requiring human intervention for updating don't get updated as 
regularly as most of us would like due to limited staffing.
They never have been, and it's unlikely that this will change.
