[bookshare-discuss] How do I organize my books?

I have a folder named "library" under this folder I have a subfolder for each author 

Anderson Poul
Anvil Christopher
MacDonald John D
Steyn Mark
White Steve
and so forth. I have a few series of books in my books such as the Belesarius Series from Baen Books. These books were written by Eric Flint and David Drake.. I also have the Honor Harrington Series by David Weber Et Al which has about 15 books. Since all the books go together in this series even by multipal authors I put them here. I mix types. an RTF book might be next to a *.bks book as Kurzweil has no problems with verious file types.
